Cisco IP Telephony Troubleshooting (IPTT) v4.0 equips systems engineers with the knowledge
and skills required to troubleshoot enterprise Cisco CallManager, Cisco Unity, and IP network
deployments. IPTT is one of several courses in a curriculum that addresses design and planning
practices and provides practical experience in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting
Cisco Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data (AVVID) solutions.
This five-day course presents the technical issues of troubleshooting IP telephony networks.
